Frequently Asked Questions

Workouts are suitable for both home & gym. If working out at home I do suggest having a set of dumbbells you are comfortable with and a resistance band. Very minimal equipment is required & I can even accommodate strictly bodyweight exercises, just know that limits what exercises you will be able to do in your workouts.

These are based on your progress throughout the duration of the program. Bi-Weekly you will check-in via the app with photos, measurements & weight. The winners will be based off of the results of this progress collected from Week 1 to Week 12.

The weekly meal guides are given to you on Thursday, so that you have your weekend to grab groceries & do some meal prep/planning. The meal guides are generic, obviously taking into consideration everyone is looking to clean up their diet as well as provide healthy meals for not just themselves but the whole family. The meal guides in group coaching are NOT customized to your individual preferences.

Within 24-48 hours you will be sent an email to join the private Facebook group. This is the main hub for me to communicate with you. Details & information will not be relayed to you until closer to our official start date of May 1st.
