Q. Are the workouts suitable for beginners?
A. The Pre- Recorded workouts require minimal to no equipment if you do not have. All fitness levels welcome. (Resistance bands and a set of weights your comfortable with is suggested) The 5 Day Workout E-Book is also designed for all fitness levels and can be done at home or in a gym setting.
Q. Where do we find the information once we sign up?
A. The information for the challenge will all be relayed to you in the private Facebook community. Once you’ve paid via any of the buttons above, you will be sent a link to join the private FB community. In here, you will have access to all the information to get started closer to the challenge start date of November 15th.
Q. How do you determine the top transformation of the challenge?
A. The top transformation is based on side by side progress photos from Week 1-8, measurements and participation in the group throughout the duration of the challenge.
Q. Do you give us access to the information before the start date of November 15th?
A. Yes, you receive the welcome document and meal guide information the Thursday before the challenge begins to allow you to be organized , buy groceries and meal prep if you wish before the November 15th start date. The workouts will not be available to you though until November 15th.
Q. Is this program based out of Canada or the U.S?
A. I am a Canadian girl, so all prices are CAD.
